Our cider is a blend of sweet and tart varieties to give that "just right" flavor. As many of you know we also like to experiment with different varietals or blends and we share these ciders with you at the growers markets. There are quite a few tart cider lovers out there and our straight Granny Smith cider is usally a sell-out at the market.

 

Above- you can see our cider bottler in action. In this photo we are producing a straight Rome Beauty "black label" cider. That is available only at the grower's market.

Right- Our "blue label" cider is a sweet blend of Red Delicious, Rome Beauty and Granny Smith apples. It is available at the growers markets and at many local stores and restaurants in the area.
